Refund policy

At AromaLisa, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our sculptural candles. We want your selection to be perfect for your sanctuary. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist you with our return process.

SECTION 1 - THE RETURN WINDOW We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after your creation reaches its sanctuary (delivery date) to request a return. This allows you a full week to inspect your artisanal piece.

SECTION 2 - CONDITION FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, your creation must remain in its original, pristine condition:

The candle must be unlit and unused.

It must be in its original signature packaging, including all protective inserts.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required to initiate the ritual.

SECTION 3 - INITIATING A RETURN & FEES To begin your return, please contact our atelier at aromaLisa@aromalisa.net.

If your request is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return delivery label and detailed instructions.

Return Shipping Fee: A flat fee of $5.00 USD will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover return shipping and handling.

Please note: Creations sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

SECTION 4 - DAMAGES & ISSUES (QUALITY GUARANTEE) We invite you to inspect your selection upon arrival. Should a creation arrive defective, damaged, or if the wrong piece reached your sanctuary, please contact us immediately.

For items damaged during transit, please include photos of the product and the packaging. We are committed to evaluating the situation and providing a replacement at no extra cost to you.

SECTION 5 - EXCEPTIONS & EXCHANGES

Final Sale: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The most seamless way to ensure you receive the creation you desire is to return the current piece. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may initiate a new ritual by making a separate selection.

SECTION 6 - REFUNDS Upon receiving and inspecting your returned creation at our Boca Raton atelier, we will notify you of the approval status. Once approved, your refund (minus the $5.00 return fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
