This sanctuary is operated by Aromalisa. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Aromalisa Atelier. By visiting our site and/or selecting a creation from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing our atelier. By using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing the e-commerce platform that allows our creations to reach your sanctuary.

You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted; however, credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Atelier's Service without express written permission from us.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service or collection at any time. SECTION 5 - CREATIONS AND SERVICES Certain creations may be available exclusively through the website. These may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our products accurately. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be exact. Shipping and delivery of our creations are subject to the terms outlined in our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT ACCURACY We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event of a change, we will attempt to notify you via the email or billing address provided. We are not liable for any harm related to the purchase of goods or services from third-party websites.

SECTION 8 - USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK If you send us creative ideas or suggestions, you agree that we may, at any time, edit, copy, and distribute them in any medium. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or pay compensation for them.

SECTION 10 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS Occasionally, there may be information in our atelier that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to descriptions, pricing, or availability.
