Shipping policy
At AromaLisa, we ensure that every handcrafted sculptural candle reaches your sanctuary in perfect condition. Our shipping process is designed to be transparent, secure, and carbon-neutral.
SECTION 1 - ATELIER LOCATION & FULFILLMENT Our creative heart is located in Boca Raton, Florida. Every creation is meticulously prepared, packaged, and shipped directly from our Florida studio to ensure its essence remains untouched.
SECTION 2 - ORDER PROCESSING Once your selection is made, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Handling Time: Our atelier requires 1 to 2 business days to prepare your artisanal pieces for shipment.
Operating Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
SECTION 3 - TRANSIT TIMES & SHIPPING RATES (DOMESTIC USA) We ship exclusively within the United States via many reliable carriers.
Transit Time: Delivery typically unfolds within 2 to 5 business days once the order leaves our atelier.
Shipping Costs: * Orders of $150 and over: Complimentary Free Standard Shipping.
Orders under $150: A flat shipping fee of $10.00 USD applies to all orders.
SECTION 4 - DELIVERY AREAS
Continental US: Standard delivery within 2-5 business days.
Non-Continental US: We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/DPO/FPO addresses. Please note that specific arrival times cannot be guaranteed for these locations.
International: At this moment, our delivery rituals are exclusive to the United States.
SECTION 5 - RETURNS & SHIPPING FEES Should you need to return your creation, please refer to our Refund Policy.
For your convenience:
A flat return shipping fee of $5.00 USD will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the return delivery and handling.
SECTION 6 - PAYMENT & SECURITY All selections are charged at the moment of checkout. For your peace of mind, our systems do not retain payment details once the transaction is complete. We provide a secure, encrypted shopping experience through our partnership with Shopify.
